ABOUT ME

Somerville Design Services was founded by Sami Somerville on the Sunshine Coast in 2013. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with a number of reputable local builders and clients. With hundreds of designs in my portfolio ranging from luxury waterfront homes, sprawling acreage properties to small lot designs, every design is unique – designed for the aspect and orientation of the block and the client’s unique requirements. I have a passion for design that not only looks great but functions well.

I believe in strong communication at all stages of the project – whether it’s keeping the client informed of progress to consulting with the client / builder at every stage to ensure the final product is the best it can be.
